This printer was advertised on the scrapbooking channel as being IDEAL for scrapbookers. However, it does NOT print 12x12 paper and it will not print on the paper I just purchased which is Printable sticker paper. It grabs the paper and runs it half way through and then says I have to remove it from the back because of a paper jam. The only thing it WILL print is plain paper 81/2 x 11.

Last time I tried, a month ago, was because my £30 cash back never arrived, I hunted for days, and no way at all to contact HP, so eventually in desperation I started trolling the HP FaceBook page, every post of theirs, several times every day, begging for assitence, and that eventually worked. Someone finally contacted me and helped me solve my problem.

printer in error state
Yesterday I printed off a paper just fine. but this morning everytime i try to print ill get a message saying that my printer is in error state and I turned it off and back on twice, unhooked it from my laptop and unplugged it but nothing is working. I need to be able to print documents for my job

Printing on Transfer paper
I just purchased this officejet, previous owned photosmart printers. Trying to print to transfer paper. There is no option in this printer to choose transfer paper, in my previous printer there was. I tried to print on the transfer paper and the image was all blurry and thick. How can I choose the option of transfer paper? Trying to create special shirts for disney.
I tried printing on regular paper first and the image came out great, but when using the transfer paper it was horrible. Please help need these soon.

deskjet ink advantage 4645 ERROR
It says that the black cartridge requires replacement with a blocking message on the display.
(You cannot do anything)
After installing a new black, HP Original 650 cartridge, the message remained - so we changed the colour one too.
Message remains: check the old cartridges (really less than a month old and we did not even het to 100 pages on them) and they were more than half full - both of them!
So, now we're stuck - obviously something stupid with the printer, what can I do?
Naturally, replacing the cartridges _again_ is a waste of money.

AUTOMATIC DOCUMENT FEEDER
The feed mechanism on my 8610 is not working. Everytime I try to scan, fax or print multile papers from the top of the prnter, I get an error message saying "The original is jammed in the Automatic Document Feeder" But there isn't any paper caught in the feeder. It sounds as if the feeder is not grabbing the paper.
Can anyone help?!

printer will not print unless you turn it off and back on
when working on the computer (which is an hp) is connected by cable. when you print it will show the printer and show the job was sent. then you have to turn off the printer then bring it back up.
the printer is an hp office jet pro 8610 . can anyone help I have already done the hp doctor. deleted the drivers and reinstalled the printer but no change.

Unable to print documenets
When I try to print documents or email's - The print button stays 'grey'd' out.
I was able to print HP test pages - so presume PC is talking to printer.

HP4520 CANNOT CANCEL QUE
Trying to print 3 pages out of 248 page document.....tried to set up print function to print just the specific pages....got two of them but for the 3rd page it started back at page one....this means printing 59 pages to get one!!! How do I cancel the entire que so I can start all over again. It will not allow me to cancel....turning off does nothing....when turned back on it starts from page one again. I have a wireless setup which appears to be functioning as it should.

Printing black text, OK for first 25% then fades to unreadibility
Lovely printer, no problem for years. Then suddenly the text gradually fades, - starting at approximately 25% of the page printed. Color printing is marginally OK for the first page, then colors go mildly weird. It's not fading as badly, but some really odd examples, such as what you might see from dribbling a litle water over the freshly printed page. This happens with both printing and copying.
I've cleaned the printheads on both cartridges, twice. Same problem.
I've replaced both cartridges with genuine HP products. Same problem.
I found something on one of my internet searches that mentions cleaning the (what I call) parking bed - where the cartridge carrier parks so you can access the cartridges. I have not tried this - yet - but I would be grateful for anything anyone has to offer.

Error - printing in print queue
My husband and I have an Envy 5640 each. Both are connected to the network and up until tonight both worked fine from my PC.
To start off with I got the printer offline message with mine but could still print using my husband's machine. I removed mine in the Device Manager but then found I couldn't add it again and got the 'Driver is unavailable' message despite being able to print using my husband's machine.
I used the HP support tool and reinstalled everything to do with my printer and it is now finally showing in Device Manager as being available. However when I try to print I get a message from Windows 10 that the printer can't print and in the Queue it shows a 'Printing - Error' message. There are no error messages on the printer itself.
The HP troubleshooter can't find what is wrong.
All the time I can still print using my husband's printer.

Envy 5660
I recently purchased an Envy 5660. The main reason I got it was because my Envy 5530 would no longer print. I just set it up and I am already experiencing problems with it. My wireless connection does not seem to stick to it. So I'll print something, then later on I'll go to print and it won't be connected. I'll have to go and rstart the printer. How can I keep it connected? Epson is starting to look pretty good.

Computer thinks the printer is off
My computer is not seeing the printer as being on. I have the printer connected wirelessly but the computer is showing it as offline. When I run the troubleshooter, it tells me to turn the printer on (it is on). I can scan a document and it will send to the computer but I cannot print from the computer to the printer. I am thinking it may be a Windows 10 issue but I am not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.
I also ran a network test through the printer and everything passed. Not sure what to do from here.

printer DJ3632 multifunction has paper path problem
Hi, this printer was purchased about 8 months ago, but was stored for 3 months before it was unboxed and set up. It does work good except for one thing. There is an unknown object in the paper path on the right hand side. No paper goes through so in it's current condition it is useless.
I think the printer needs disassembly to get to whatever is obstructing the paper. Can someone help me, or can I take it to a shop? I also need to know what shop? I asked at Best Buy but they don/t work on printers. I went to another shop here in Kent WA but they dont want to work on it either.
Whats my next option?
