Printing Errors or Lights & Stuck Print Jobs topics

My OfficeJet Pro 9015e all in one has the following message:

"Printer Cannot Print. A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information."

I tried everything suggested at least once but haven't been able to use my printer for two+ weeks. The warranty has expired.

Please help

I just got a new computer using Windows 11. When I try to print a document, I get a false paper jam error. The printer works fine on my old Windows 7 machine, and it will print diagnostic sheets without a problem. I have checked for updates and the printer software and drivers are all indicated to be up to date. What is the solution for this mystery?

Printer makes a squeaky sound as the paper runs through the printer.

I keep getting a message asking me to clear the output tray every time I try to print. There's nothing there. I've unplugged a few times but that doesn't fix the problem.

my HP Envy 5030 doesn't print magenta anymore. The other colours work. I put in a new cartridge and used the cartridge/printing head cleaning program that you can start on the printer, but it didn't help. Is there any way I can clean it manually or something?

BSD Hi My HP smarttank 670 is stuck and not printing.

When I try to print from my HP envy laptop to my HP Envy 7855 (Windows 11) I cannot. It only selects the printer as a fax. When I try to add the printer through typing in the IP address, it doesn't allow it. How can I get my laptop to see my printer again? This is a recent problem, it's been fine for ages.
