HP Laser MFP 135w print queue stuck
Hi, I see quite a few posts and queries about stuck print queues. I followed the suggested solution, including deleting the spooler files, remove and reinstalling the print drive. Nothing worked. I run diagnosis via HP Smart print, it couldn't find any issue but suggested a test print, which never went through. I downloaded HP print and scan doctor, which after a few diagnosis, concluded that I have a significant issue. It suggested that I get HP help, but there is no numbers to call, but directed me to get help from the forum. Anyone can help me with this?

Ghost/Double Image when printing colour or Black and White
I have a HP Colour Laser 150nw that's two or three years old. It has this problem since one year or more. Only now I decided to write because there are many post like this one and I only find that the solution is delivered to the person that publish the post in private. I haven't found a clear answer or something useful to solve it in this forum.
The issue is that when I print, it doesn't matter if its with colors or black and white, there is a double/ghost image of the image or text reappearing in the bottom third of the A4 sheet. I have downloaded all the "HP doctors" and they say everything is fine with the printer but the problem is there. It happens with Windows OS and with Mac OS. Can you please provide a solution for this issue? Thank you very much

Officejet Pro 6978 Touchscreen Turns Off
My printer display goes blank after 20 seconds and the printer turns off, if I unplug it and try again the same thing happens. The message on the screen when powered back on is: "Printer was not turned off correctly."

HP ENVY 6400 not able to print after multiple printing of test pages.
I was happly printing with the the HP+ account and using the HP Instant Ink option until a month ago. It started when for each print a calibration page was printed. The bug got worse when it printed after each page a calibration page , which I needed to scan in, resulting in the print of the scanned calibration page. Having two calibration pages printed and one page I need my number of prints went up trippled.
Now the HP wants me to change the account based upon the fact that I suppose to print more pages. The last print job resulted into a full block of the printer because I "used up" the number of pages from the last moments. This feels like a big SCAM to me and HP is blocking my printer l now forcing me into another higher cost account per month. This practise you could call ransomware from HP.
Ending the contract didn't work because the printer is still blocked by HP and the only thing possible is to join the Instant Ink program again. There is no online support available dealing with this issue, so I have to resort to the community to get answers. I bought a complete new set of cartridges, as I thought that it could be the cause, but it didn't work. Resetting printer and all other advices are done with out any result.
I'm almost at the point to completelmy trash the HP printer and turn to another reliable brand.

HP Smart Tank Plus 655 printer which prints yellow suddenly
Hi everyone,
I have an HP Smart Tank Plus 655 printer purchased in 2022. Printer that I am delighted with, until yesterday.
This summer, after two years of printing, I am refilling the inkwells with HP ink. I also changed the HP black print head because I got the message that it needed to be changed. The error message came back several times, I removed it and put it back again. Since then everything has been fine.
I print very regularly, in the morning the print was perfect, the next in the afternoon a disaster: printing in yellow. All colors are yellow. Grayscale prints: red. Black and white: OK. I did a lot of cleaning of the print heads, alignment (error because it doesn't print well, there is an error), smudging of the pages…. SHIFT OK. The error continues on two other computers (PC- Chromebook- Mac) as well as on iPhone.
The following message appears from time to time: default quality. Cartridges set to print quality By default. Tap ok to continue.
No settings have been changed. I don't understand...and it bothers me a lot.
Any ideas or tips??? Thank you for your help 😊

8710 Not printing all text when printing on envelopes
I have no idea how to categorize this issue, if it is in the wrong section I apologize!
I am not experiencing a traditional error, the printer thinks it is doing great. I am having an issue that seems to be a software issue. When I am printing on envelopes (and only envelopes) the printer will 2 times out of 3 not print the last bit of some text blocks. It does not matter where the text blocks are, it never has issues printing images that I also print on the envelopes. It never has issues printing the beginning of text blocks. I don't know what is going on here. If I print on 8.5x11 I never experience omissions and the omissions with envelopes happen about 60-70% of the time. Say that I print on 3 envelopes, all of them have two sections of text. The first envelope will have the end of the first bit of text cut off, the second one will be perfect and the third block will have the end off the second bit of text cut off.
I used to be able to circumvent this issue by uploading files to google docs and then printing them from there. Recently I have been forced to choose that I was printing on envelopes during the printing dialog and now the issue has returned. It is clearly a weird issue with envelope printing.
I have plugged and unplugged the printer, updated the printer, deleted the printer from my printers and then added it again - but still the issue persists. I appreciate anyone's help here, I am tearing my hair out over this lol.
