Error code popped up spontaneously. I can't find this code anywhere online. I can get rid of it (and quickly use the printer/copy functions) only by disconnecting power or resetting, but after a short while it will pop up again. I am on wireless. Thanks for helping out.

My HP Deskjet 1514 All-in-One Printer prints alignment pages but not documents
I have tried to install my HP Deskjet 1514 All-in-One Printer. Using HP Utility I can print alignment and test pages. I can also get the printer to perform tasks like Clean Printheads. In this sense, the printer is responsive.
Unfortunately, the printer won't print or perform any other tasks beyond those in HP Utility. Trying to print .doc or .pdf documents and the printer queue keeps a message: 'Printing - Waiting for printer to become available'.
I have tried a number of fixes listed on this site and have ensured that my Mac OS is entirely up-to-date. Unfortunately nothing seems to be working.
I've also tried using HP Smart to identify or solve the issue but when I click 'Print documents' I am given the following message: 'The selected printer is detected but not installed completely on your Mac'. I have, however, downloaded and installed the latest driver a number of times.
Bizarrely, the printer has once printed a single page of a document that I requested. This happened while I was restarting the computer to update the Mac OS software. I have no idea how this happened but it does suggest that the printer can work somehow!
Any help would be really appreciated.

Error code B305DFF9, blue screen and flashing lights
Have had the blue error light issue on and off for a few weeks. Last night, all the error lights were flashing so I unplugged it. When I powered it up this morning, the error code came back. If factory reset is the answer, then just send the instructions.

I have done this repeatedly and it happens again after about 15 minutes. My all in one is now useless and I bought it last year. Mine will not respond to the power button. I have to unplug and wait for it to reboot after I plug it back in. It just started happening last week. HP needs to fix this issue.

I was hoping this would resolve the matter, but no firmware was available for the printer. I did this through the printer and it said “the most current updates have already been installed. No new updates are available at this time”.
This printer was working fine requiring little attention, and all of a sudden I have this white screen issue which requires pushing the power button to resolve. The problem I have is that the printer is not nearby and documents may not print until I manually reset the printer. What a hassle. Maybe it’s time to consider an Epson.

Yesterday I signed up for HP Care Pack for this warranty-expired printer.
I can't figure out how to use it. There's certainly a lot of information about how to sign up and buy HP Care Pack.... but NOTHING about how to use it to get my printer fixed! 😞

flashing lights on printer
Hp Officejet pro 8035, come home and all lights on printer are flashing, there is no error code, just flashing lights.
I have to turn printer off and then turn back on to get rid of lights. Prints fine, this is 3rd time this has happened.

Deskjet 3630: flashing cartridge lights
For a day the light of the cartridges flashes continuously and even in the display the two icons flash.
I tried to follow the directions on the site, cleaning the cartridges and connectors, even those of the printer but without success.
I uninstalled the printer, restarted several times but I can't fix it.
You can no longer print even one page. How can I solve this huge problem?

Turn off distracting advertising mode
Starting this morning, the printer has this very distracting adverting mode. The screen constantly cycles through different features it has and stuff it does and doesn't shut off.
I don't want the printer to do this but just turn off the screen when not in use. It's very, VERY distracting. I don't like it and don't want it.
I have had the printer several years and it never did this before today, so why would they update to turn this stuff on?
I have tried pressing the home button and the back button but it only stops for a few seconds before it starts and flashes it's stuff at me. I can't seem to find a 'turn off ads' setting either.
HOW DO I STOP THESE ADS?

Printer Errors
28 July 2021 - In the last week both my HP Printers (Deskjet 3760 & 2630) have stopped printing documents. Have tried printing from Word, PDF and other programmes, but without success. Have tried from two different PCs, using Windows 7 and Windows 10, again without success. Checked that the drivers are loaded, also no help. Have tried all the advice from HP assistant and their FAQ, still not resolved.
Also getting spurious messages about the black cartridge not being recognized, even though they are genuine HP.
However, the printers will scan / copy / and will print out the diagnostic and status sheets; whether initiated from the printer controls or via the HP Smart app.
Am I paranoid in thinking that this could be a virus attack?

Envy 5640 wont print
I have an Envy 5640 all in one printer. Which is not printing. from my laptop. I have had a computer guy to look at it and it prints from his laptop. When I request print, it shows the icon in the tray but when I check the queue, there is nothing showing. I have installed both colour and black cartridges (genuine HP and both new). Has anyone any advice on how I can fix this? The printer is connected to my internet. and it did print out an internal diagnostic page ok using the virtual assistant. But it still wont print.
I dont really want to buy a new one or if I do, I would like one that uses the same ink cartridges (304)
Would be grateul for any help you can give, I am not technically minded but I do try!

How do I stop "GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigDyn.xml HTTP/1.1" on HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series
This is a brand new printer soon as you turn it on and connect it to a computer using the USB cable it starts printing "GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigDyn.xml HTTP/1.1 Host: localhost" over and over
Solution workaround is not to connect via USB cable only WiFi or LAN, then it works fine
