Druckerfehler - Ein Problem mit dem Drucker ist aufgetreten.
Erstes Problem: Seit einigen Monaten tritt an meinem Drucker immer wieder die obige Fehlermeldung auf mit dem Hinweis "Drucker aus- und einschalten". Nach Betätigen des Ein-/Ausschalters startet der Drucker neu, alles sieht gut aus, drucken funktioniert fehlerfrei. Nach einigen Stunden im standby tritt die Fehlermeldung wieder auf. Das Zurücksetzen des Druckers hat keine Verbesserung gebracht.
Zweites Problem: Der hp print and scan doctor 5.6.1 verlangt von mir Administratorrechte, obwohl ich doch schon als Administrator angemeldet bin. Die Meldung kommt auch, wenn ich den hppsd explizit "als Administrator" ausführe. Früher hatte ich kein Problem mit dem Ausführen des hppsd !
Für einen Lösungsvorschlag zumindest zu einem der beiden Probleme wäre ich dankbar.

HP Envy 5020 Not Printing Word Documents
Hi,
When I try to print from the HP Smart icon on my desktop the documents shown are only PDFs nothing else. If I go into Microsoft Word and open a document the document prints no problem.
I am just wondering why when I go in via the HP Smart icon, I am only shown PDFs. Have I downloaded a PDF only version of the app?

I get the above error code displayed. I have disconnected for 1 minute the printer from the power, removed ink cartridges, connect all again and restart the printer
For about 2 minutes, all is good, I can scan and print, however after 2 minutes, the error message comes back and unable to get rid off it permanently
Any help?

Yet Another "Not Printing Blue" Issue - Officejet 6978
Apparently this is a frequent problem with some HP printers...including mine, now. HP Officejet 6978. It's only about 2 years old. Blue is not printing. Yes, I have
- replaced cartridges (using HP Instant Ink, I have never used any other cartridges)
- Cleaned Printheads multiple times (using the 3-cycle process suggested on these boards)
- Tried to Align Printheads, but I get a message saying the printer cannot scan the printed alignment page. I understand that is because of a faulty cartridge.
- Performed a power cycle, including unlugging the priinter.
None of these have worked.
As an aside, when I installed the Magenta cartridge, the entire sticky label came off...the part that stays on the cartridge and identifies which color it is. This happened with 2 different cartridges...both Magenta!! I noticed a round hole in the plastic cartridge which is usually covered with the sticky label, so I thought maybe that uncovered hole was creating a problem (even though the problem was blue colors not printing correctly) and I covered that hole with a small piece of Scotch tape. That didn't help, either.
This is a nice printer...WHEN IT WORKS! Any other suggestions?

This forum is full of people that have the same issue, all tried this fix, it only fixed temporarily and the error returns. Silence from HP on this, what has caused this and what is the fix? To coincidental for so many people to have the same issue at the same time for it to be an issue with out power sockets, it has to be cause by a software update.
Can we please get a response?

Macbook Pro running OS 10.15.7
This has happened to me occasionally in the past, but now it occurs every time I restart the printer and print 1 file. Out of the corner of my eye, the display shows a bright blue background, then everything starts flashing:
"There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer Off, then On."
I have to turn it off with the power button, which then returns it to a normal state for a while again. However, this process repeats before too long.

Error code OXB3D62A2B flashing on display. I have re-booted but it doesn't help.
My thoughts entirely...I have error code OXB8049FBC...flashing....just out of warranty,, cannot use printer.....this is clearly a HP con job to make you pay or buy.

Printer askes for SETUP-cartridges
Printer: I have a HP Deskjet 2620.
The ink cartridges that came with the printer were out of ink - at least thats what the printer was showing and not printing any pages. I bought HP Ink as a replacement. However, the printer does not seem to be recognizing the new cartridges.
The display on the printer is showing empty for both cartridges.
HP app indicates - "Use SETUP Cartridges - To complete printer setup, you must install the cartridges labeled SETUP that shipped in the box with the printer. Replace the currently installed cartridges with the SETUP cartridges now. After printer setup is complete, the printer can use regular cartridges."

B305DFF9 error keeps displaying after power cycle
- Printer already has the latest firmware installed - 002.2128A, released 7/25/2021
- When I remove/reset the power cord the printer will come online and will be available for about 5 to 10 minutes and can print
- In less than 10 minutes the error code B305DFF9 is visible on the control panel, with power and network connection lights flashing
Please help. This printer is less than (1) year old.

Printer has blue screen with flashing lights and B8049FBC I have a imac machine.
My HP envy printer will not print and gets the blue screen with a graphic in the middle then the numbers below : B8049FBC. The lights on the sides of the screen such as on, internet connection, etc are flashing. I found something in help for windows but I have an imac. Windows help titled

talked about router firmware updates. If this is complicated I just may go and buy another new machine.

Error code OXB3D9FA2B on Offcejet 5225 printer won't reset unless I unplug the printer. After a little bit of time it reoccurs. The printer will not print with this code but works briefly after it's powered off and back on.
