Hi everyone,
I have updated my computer, restarted it, restarted the printer / scanner, reset all my printing systems (restarted my computer) and added the 4520 back in my system preferences.
When I try to scan from HP Easy Scan I get "Scanner reported an error: Failed to open a connection to the device"
When I try to scan from the printer, my computer name comes up but I get "Scan Unsuccessful" error
"Connection has been lost"
"scan application is currently in use"
or "an OCR application is not currently installed"
When I try to scan from my Mac's Printers & Scanners, it says it cannot connect "failed to open connection to device (-21345)"
The printer works fine as does the copier.
Please help!
