Printer was working flawlessly. Ran out of ink. Replaced black ink cartridge (HP-902XL). Printer now will not reset. When it turns on, the printer sounds like its going through the "checks". It then recognizes that a new ink cartridge was put in. The printer then goes to "printer maintenance function" then quits and I get the error message "remove any jammed paper and make sure the paper tray is installed properly". I remove the tray, no paper jam. Replace the paper tray. Then it attempts to go to printer maintenance function again, then a get the printer failure message indicating that there is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn off and on the printer. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. ")x6100004A". When I turn off the printer, then turn it back on, I get a message that I did not turn the printer off properly. Then it goes thru the same routine as described. I went to the HP site and typed in the code, did that troubleshoot with no results. Anybody got any other ideas??

HP Envy 4527 printer
My printer seems to be set up correctly I.e. Wireless Network Test Results - No problems found. However it works fine maybe for one or two days and when I try to use it again the screen shows Not Connected. I then have to use the wireless set up wizard and enter my wireless key to get it to work. The next day the same problem comes up. I use HP instant ink and I receive emails from HP telling me to connect to the internet!, can anyone help me solve this problem please? Thank you.

HP 7155 printer suddenly not recognizing ink cartridge
I had a printer jam and after I cleared it, my printer is telling me that it does not recognize my black ink cartridge. The cartridge is nearly full and new. I have tried reinserting the cartridge and resetting the printer but this has not worked.

No option to print color - HP OfficeJet 3830
My printer does not allow me to print in color from my desktop. From the app it allows me to print in color, gray scale, or black and white.
I have completely reinstalled the printer after deleting all drivers from my computer. I have used the HP Printer Assistant to install the drivers.
I used the diagnostic repair to try to fix the issue. It still does not give me the option to print in color.
Any options or something else to do different?

Printer and Computer not connecting
Printer is suddenly not working today. Wireless light was solid blue but computer was saying that printer was not connected. I've tried a bunch of times to get them to connect and talk to one another. No luck and now the wireless light on printer is flashing blue. I've turned off printer and turned it on numerous times. Also restarted computer twice. No luck. Tried using cable to connect printer to laptop. Still nothing.

Wrong printer sent as replacement
Hi,
I bought an HP Envy 7858 from Costco (not 7855) last week. The printer was too noisy and I contacted support. They sent me a replacement that arrived today. However it 7855 and not 7858. Also now when I try to get through support, it says my warranty expired! Can someone please advise whats going on?

Connecting Wireless Printer to Router
My setup is as follows:
Printer Model - Envy 7100 Series, specifically 7155
Make and model of router and modem? TimeWarner Ubee DDW36C
I've also purchased my own modem/router, Surfboard SB6183 and Netgear AC1750 (which I won't install until the quarantine is over, with my luck something would go wrong and I'd be SOL working from home).
So I'm tired of fighting with this printer and it's offline status. I upgraded from an Envy 4520 thinking that maybe the upgrade would fix this problem, but of course it doesn't. What was I thinking!! But, I found something on the HP website called an HP USB Network Print Adapter, would this work to connect my wireless printer to my router?? Does it have to be HP brand, could I find something off Amazon that would do the same thing? Would I lose the wireless capability, such as the ability to print from my phone? Should I just return this printer and buy another with ethernet, which I really don't want to do.

Printer only printing A5
My previous laptop printed no problem on my current printer. Since purchasing new laptop, the printer only prints A5 and I have tried to fix it. I even set up old laptop again to printer and it printed fine, so need help please.

resetting print quality
I print out a lot of forms and letters for a club. Although I set the print quality to "draft" it seems that the print quality is no different from "normal". I see that there is a locked "economical print" option. Is there a way to unlock to make the print quality not so dark for unimportant printing of items? The club is on a limited budget and I am constantly purchasing XL ink cartridges. It's ridiculous! If there is a better printer out there that doesn't print as darkly, I will welcome suggestions! Thanks for any help you can give me!

PAPER SIZE MISMATCH WHEN PRINTING ENVELOPE
After recently replacing my desktop computer and connecting to my printer, I cannot print envelopes - each time an error message appears of "Paper Size Mismatch." Envelopes used to print without having to match paper size or make any changes. I have matched paper size within HP Printer Assistant Software/Print/"Set Preferences" and within Microsoft Word/Envelopes and Labels/Envelope options. Still doesn't work. Any ideas? Regular printing/scanning works without issue. Thanks.
