My printer does not print black. It prints the other colors. I cleaned the print heads. I can scan in with color but black does not show. I cannot send print jobs to print in black.

Is my power module replaceable
All of a sudden, I have no power to my printer.
If it is most likely the internal power module, is that replacement cost effective to have done as opposed to replacing the printer?
If anyone knows the part number of the module for my printer; if that part is readily available; and the approximate cost of both the module and a professional repair, it would be most appreciated. Perhaps it is better to replace the printer.

One colour (cyan) missing from printing.
When attempting to print in colour, cyan is not printing. I have completed all maintenance tasks, downloaded new software etc. Estimated ink levels are showing low colour levels but I have replaced the cartridge twice. Any suggestions

HP DeskJet 3755 alignment software does not enable me to choose the right boxes
I have HP DeskJet 3755 on macOS 10.15.3 Catalina. HP Smart won't align the cartridges. After I print the alignment page, the software shows a page where I am supposed to select the right box from each row of the printout. There are between 11 and 19 boxes in each row of the printout. However, HP Smart's pull-down menus only allow me to select boxes 1-5. The best box is usually near the middle of the row, box 7 or 10. What am I supposed to select?

wrong ink
I bought the wrong ink from Wal-Mart, it was a pack of 2 black and color. I tried to put the color one in and that's when I realized it is not compatible. I never opened the black one, but walk mart won't take it back since the color has been opened. Is there anything I can do?

Print carriage jammed HP 6975, stuck far right
I use an HP Office Jet Pro 6975 for classes I teach while on the road. It offers printing and scanning capabilities that I desperately need. I bought the unit about a year ago at BJs, it sees only occasional light duty.
I month or so ago, I noticed that the black ink was empty prematurely, I managed to get the instant ink to send me a new cartridge. I then started getting intermittent error messages (0x6100004a) saying I had a paper jam, which I did not, and they would happen after a print job had finished. At first, unplugging the printer would reset everything and I could go back to printing.
Last week, it wouldn't clear, and I noticed the printer carriage was stuck to the far right. I managed to manually free it up, but when all resets, the same issue. The carriage is literally stuck. The mechanism below the print carriage is in the up position, and does not retract to allow the print carriage to move to the left. If I free the carriage, move it to the center of the printer then power down and back up, the carriage goes back to its home position. When this is going on, I can see the mechanism below is working, but in the end, it returns to the up position and does not allow the carriage to move again.
I did find ink in the printer, since it was stored at my office, in its box; it must have been moved around and stored on its side causing the ink to leak out. I cleaned up the ink the best I could, but the problem is clearly mechanical. any ideas?

Constant Paper Jams
Have tried all the tips up to service your HP, from checking all the spots of jams to cleaning rollers, still jams. There is no small paper causing the jams, but it shreds anything going thru it. Any other features before I have to toss my 2 year old printer?

I have error message:
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
There is a puddle of black ink in the bottom of my printer.
I have replaced the black ink cartridge, that it is indicating is out, and I still am receiving the same message.

How can I get a replacement for my defective HP 62 color cartridge?
I installed a Genuine HP Tri-color 62 ink cartridge in my HP Envy 7640 earlier today. When we went to print something in color, the cyan color was not displaying. I ran the ink head cleaning as suggested, and the Print Quality Diagnostic page did not print any Cyan. I replaced with another new Genuine HP Tri-color 62 ink cartridge and it now works fine. Seems obvious that I have a defective ink cartridge.
When I go to www.hp.com/contacthp/, I log in and am shown that my HP Envy 7640 is out of warranty. The site is insistent that I select a device so I select my out of warranty HP Envy 7640, which is not defective, and the site redirects me to to the HP Support Community (which is where I'm now at - for the 5 time). I tried several other methods to get a real person or return web page but to no avail.
I only wish to get a replacement for my defective HP 62 color cartridge (which has an expiration date of 2021/04/15 - over a year until it expires). We do not recall where we bought it so we would like to deal directly with HP.
Can someone please provide a real person, a more helpful web page, or instructions on how to navigate the support page to get a replacement for the defective ink cartridge since the automated system seems to be keeping me in a perpetual non-contact loop?

HP Officejet Pro 8620 - The printhead appears to missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed -
I told my printer to print a document and it worked just fine and 10 seconds later I told it to print a second document and I got the error message that the printhead appears to missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. I followed all of the steps to reset the printer. I checked for updates for the printer and it is current. I suspect this has something to do with Windows updates I installed earlier today. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Why does my DeskJet 3630 print a test page each time I try to print something. then prints my item?
My new printer has the habit of printing a test page before it prints my print job. It does this every time and is wasting ink. I don't know where to shut this off. At the bottom of the page it says "For better print quality, place this page on the glass, and then press a copy button'. I have never done this. If I do, will it stop this feature? I will include a photo of the printed page. Thank you.
