Saved a pdf form with additional data that I keyed. The form prints but with only a few scattered letters from the characters I keyed into it.
My printer is not printing in black ink. Recently replaced cartridge and level check showing as half full but no ink coming through. Have run through the troubleshooting advice but not helped. Replaced the black cartridge with a brand new one in the hope that this was the problem but no level showing for the new cartridge and not printing either. Always genuine HP ink used. Please help - why do these things fail when you need it most
Just got a new HP printer and it isn't printing my whole copy and pasted image in word. I have never had this problem with my old HP printers. I already returned one HP printer thinking it was a piece of junk due to this problem, now this one is doing the same. I am an artist and collect images off the internet as I'm doing research for paintings, I don't want these images saved on my computer, I just want them printed out for temporary research. This is ridiculous and I am going to return this printer as well.
How sad that old technology was better than new.
I have had this error for years now but kept the printer. I tried getting a replacement printer ended up with same error right out of the box returned. (I have since bought a new HP Officejet 8725(which I do not like) and definitely not as much as I liked the 8600.) I did the reset to no avail still printhead error. I understand that it has something to do with the firmware. I was wondering if there is now an update or updated steps I could take to clear up this problem and I could go back to using my 8600. I did see in one solution they downloaded patch R1733A; is this still current? I don't want to spend the time beyond the countless hours I have previously to get this resolved; so if you could give me the step by step instructions I could do to solve this problem today 03/01/2020. Thank you.

HP Officejet 6500A e All in one. Asks to remove printer head and put it back, I have done cleaned the head and put back. After few prints same problem come again. I have done is 4-5 times
One minute it was printing fine with color and now no color...nothing but black and white. Printed saved documents as well as internet documents both only printing in black and white. Hard rebooted printer twice, once with cartridges removed. Tried the printer maintenance, clean printhead. I have taken out the cartridges and they still have ink in them. Help!
My Office jet 6500A keeps asking me to load paper. The tray is full. When I assist it, the printer will grab about 4-5 sheets at a time. I've cleaned the rollers , rebooted. Nothing seems to be working. Help!
Printer prints correctly most of the time and printed the $10 coupon from wireless laptop.
However the same printer connected to my Dell PC won't print the $10 coupon that I copied into Microsoft Word.
The coupon is clearly shown on the display. However the printer prints a picture, see paper print out attached.
Coupon is on MS Word, What prints is not on my display! I checked the print que, shut down the printer, saved the word coupon then restarted the computer and tried it the 6th time. Still prints a picture. Attached is the picture of the coupon on my screen and a pictures of what keeps printing! This is not the first time from the Uno's web site. This makes no sense, where is the picture coming from after reset and power down?

I spent $60 on ink and I got about half of a page printed before the printer just stopped printing out ink at all. This is using a "genuine HP print cartridge". Any ideas what to try other than the suggestions in these videos?
Getting this code .oxc19a0047 or 0xc19a0047. The code is not to be found in HP search. It says " the printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed". I have completed all the recommendations for fixing it three times and the only thing that makes any difference is to do an off/on with the router. The document is printed, but it will only work for one document and then the reset must be repeated, Any help will be appreciated.
I'm confused because the printing comes through an install labeled "DO NOT DELETE". I can print pdf, Word and Excel files without issues from both the actual software and from stored files using the "HP SMART" app. In other software, Printshop and Hallmark (for cards) I lose some options. For instance in Printshop (Broderbund, not to be confused with Photoshop) I get a "Printer not installed" when trying to save to PDF. Also if I create a monthly calendar, it will print fine for a one page format, but when I change to landscape and increase the output size to create a small 22x17 poster, it does not print and gives no error message. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
I have an HP Envy 5540, which has been working fine off our phones and iPads. I believe it was also working fine off our laptops (altho no recall last time we tried to print in color off the laptops). I recently started doing some volunteer work and determined that I had to bite the bullet and use my laptop - with Windows 10 (my operating system), and also saw that I would have to get the new Office 365. I also replaced the ink in my printer at the same time. I put the new ink cartridges in, downloaded Office 365, and went to work. Only problem is, I am no longer able to print in color from my laptop. We can print in color from our phones, just not my laptop... I just spent tons of time with Microsoft Office 365 rep, who went through my laptop via remote, and he could not find the issue. He thinks it is an HP issue. Does anyone know what the issue might be? I can't find anything in the settings anywhere...
I'm trying to help my mother setup an ENVY 7120 Printer. I think she threw out the setup cartridges with the box. Can you help me bypass the message? We have bought HP printer cartridges, and installed them.
Just purchased new HP 9015 and wanted to change update options to "Alert me" when available, but option is greyed out with "Download automatically selected". Access via printer screen give message that this function has been locked out by the person who set up the computer. I am that person and I did not set that option, I was also unable to change the option in the EWS - Tooils - Printer Updates - Firmware Updates - Printer Update Options as this feature is also grayed out.
The Settings - Security - Administrator Settings - Enable/Disable features is set to Enable All, and I do not yet have a password installed. I have cycled the printer off/on several times and still the update feature choices are still grayed out.
