hp envy photo 7155 eror c4eb8024

Out of the box, setup everything, even managed to get an ip address, then I have a screen with flashing lights and and error code C4EB8024. 

 

I cannot do anything from here, the screen wont accept touch commands, the printer cannot be recognized by android phone nor pc (Win10 Pro 64).

 

I have unplugged and plugged this thing from 1 minute wait to a 30 minute wait to no avail. I have also removed the ink cartridges during some of the instances mentioned above, no change. 

 

Maybe defenestration might help, if not the printer my frustration for sure...

Printer Ink Cartridge Problem

I am trying to sort of a problem with my OfficeJet 8600 N911g printer.  Upon running out of the Black Ink, I inserted a new HP 950 xl cartridge.  After installation, I then closed the access door, and got message “incompatible cartridge”; printer was not recognizing cartridge as an HP cartridge  would not continue operation with what it was recognizing as a non-HP ink cartridge.  Thinking the cartridge faulty, I returned it to the vendor and purchased a new HP 950 xl cartridge. reinstalled and got the same message, indicating that the cartridge is not an original HP cartridge.  Having purchased each cartridge from a different vendor, and in both cases, being sure to purchase a genuine HP cartridge, I'm not sure where to go next.  I have validated the most recent cartridge installed as a genuine HP cartridge through the QR Reader verification.

Paper jam

My printer keeps jamming.  I remove the jammed paper each time, and I've followed all of the instructions (disconnect power cord, remove paper from drawer, remove cartridges, turn rollers, etc., but no luck.  Any ideas?

How can I get a claim code for my HP Deskjet 2655 if there is no ink?  I have read that it will show the printers email on the display screen, but my particular printer doesn't do that either.  So now what can I do to get the claim code?

HP 7510 Printer Touch Screen is Blank

I need to find out why my Touch screen is Blank and will not come on?

I can still send items to print and that works. Just the screen will not show up. 

I turned the printer off and on, When it comes on the screen flashes HP and goes blank.

Can some one help please?

I just replaced all the cartridges.  Every color works except for the black ink.  I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting tips; nothing so far is working.  Please help!

HP Officejet 250 mobile printer cannot reset defaults or connect to wifi

I have a similar question about how to do a factory reset. Somehow I made a change to a setting on the actual printer itself to move printing to High so sometimes when I print it prints high quality and I have to go into settings when I'm ready to print and hit apply to get it to print in normal or draft. For the life of me I can't figure it out and would just like to factory reset and proceed forward. I love the printer. It's small, has a battery if I need it out in the real world, prints awesome photos, and has bluetooth or wireless printing but I'll tell ya, the setting on the screen on the printer are kind of complicated when they don't need to be. It took forever to figure out how to get it to go into "sleep" mode rather than just turn off for low energy consumption. Can you help me figure out just how to do a factory reset of the whole printer. I'm curious too why you sent the a private message to the user who asked the original question as it seems like a good question/answer that all owners of this printer could benefit from. Thank you for any info you can provide me.

HP Instant Ink

I am supposed to have 300 rollover pages currently.

As a teacher I will go a few months typically in the summer without printing and then do a ton of printing before school starts up.

Tonight I began my printing but my rollover pages say pending and instead I am being charged for each additional set of 25 pages that are printing.

I am wondering now if this has always happened with my rollover pages :-/

New laptop... need to connect to canon pixma MG2920 wireless printer... because laptop is convertible, there is no disc capability to follow startup instructions for printer...

Newly installed 8710 issues

Installed new 8710 on my network and have gotten 4 Mobie devices working and 1 Laptop on Win 7. All working Wirelessly. 

Tried to setup my main computer, another laptop, but can not print. Computer sends files to the printer but the printer output smeared lines across the page. Tried to print pictures, get the same results.

All IP addresses are the same. 

 

Has anyone else had a similiar issue?

I have exactly the same issue!  Is there some reason why the solution can't be posted to the forum instead of a bunch of private communications?  This is not terribly helpful to those that come to these forums later.

 

I have a HP photosmart c410a printer.

 

I have exactly the same error message with exactly the same symptons.  I went through all the steps you outlined for the previous user and ended up at the same dead end.  I can print and scan from both my PC and my Mac but cannot use any of the buttons on the printer itself to access settings, scan, print, use the fax (not that I normally do), get to the home screen or anything else useful.

 

Please send me whatever solution or a number of someone that I can call that can address this problem.

carriage jam

Change ink cartridge, and now will not print, keeps saying carriage jam, but nothing is jammed. Also if tries to print, then gets paper jam. It is also making a loud clicking noise, and has for awhile.  I have followed all solutions, no paper inside, not jammed, everything taken in/out, replaced, all fits well, just won't work, keeps saying carriage jam.  And can't find anywhere to take in for service from website.  

Any suggestions? Thanks

Black Ink Cartridge - not working

My black ink cartridge ran out. I replaced it. The new one did not work. I replace it. The replacement now does not work either.  I have been through all the self help instructions, 3 times. Is the next step - simply - a service.  OR is the printer not worth worrying about and should I go and geet another one ??

HP 5510 cuts top part of a sheet (multipage print)

If printer receives 1 page for printing - its prints it normally

If printer receives 2 or more pages then 1st page prints normally, but following pages prints top-cutted (about 30%). I have notice then printer after 1st sheet don't takes next sheet from tray, but continue prinring! For examle, if i send 2 or more pages to printer, but set 1 sheet into tray, printer countinue printing 2nd page after 1st sheet ends - printing proceeds without sheet.

 

(!) This issue exists only while NORMAL or DRAFT modes. If i use max quality printing mode - all pages prints normally and printer waits until sheet reaches limit and then takes new sheet.

 

All drives and software updated.

 

How can i fix this issue?

I received the following message when I installed a new genuine HP inkjet cartridge:-

 

lnk cartridge problem

 

One or more cartridges appear to be damaged

remove item and replace with new cartridge.  There is a black k within a circle above the last two lines
