Printing Help
When I print a document with multiple pages from my Mac, it is printing double sided. I need it to print single sided. I've enlisted the help of Applecare but they say it is a printer issue and aren't able to help me. Please help. What do i need to be doing with my printer in order to fix this issue. Naturally you would think there would be a button to select on the printer (on my computer) that gives me the option to choose single vs. double but that isn't the case.

HP colour cartridge decided to now fail after working, and not empty Instant Ink replace it ?
My colour cartridge has suddenly decided to fail on it's own. I have tried taking it out, and putting it back in again, rebooting printer... it is producing cartridge failure error messages...
Now will Instant Ink send off a replacement cartridge , so i know for sure that the cartridge bumbed out or there could be something more serious wrong with my printer ... I flushed the error logs thinking it woild fix the problem, but i think it screwed up the warrenty data..
Please help and tell me U be reassured a replacement Instant ink would be sent to me, because of cartridge failing Thank you...

Made no changes, the paper goes in and out without print. the printer make the normal printing noise
I did not install anything new, I did not do anything except moving the printer to another place, The blue wifi signal is on. when I send a page for printing. The message comes up in my computer saying that it is printing and the level of ink is ok. The paper goes in, the printer make the normal noise as if it is printing but the paper comes out without any print on it. Could you please help.

PRINTER NOT PRINTING
Hugely frustrated as my HP Printer has decided not to work and I need this daily.
When I print the document is held for ages (the printer picks up the paper ready to print) and then the screen shows the round circle and just says 'printing'. all looks fine when I click on the printer icon and see my document in the queue. Nothing then happens. Then when I click icon to check on progress, it says 'printing - unable to get printer status'.
Everything is in order - wireless connection is good. After a continued wait, the screen shows 'printing cancelled.
If someone could help me PLEASE as I really need this printer working and I don't want to go out and have to buy another.

HP 8710 can't scan to shared folder
Hello,
I have a problem with scanning to network shared folder.
It shows error (over browser): "Incorrect credentials. Check your username/password and try again.", but I didn't setup any credentials while creating the share folder profile on the printer.
The shared folder on windows 10 was setup for "everyone" with Read/Write permissions. Even to folder all users have "full control".
When I want to scan to network folder over the printer display. It doesnt want any credentials from me.
Last week we have no problems with network sharing.
I use LAN connection.
Firmware version is WBP2CN1803AR

No Colour Priniting
Hi there,
I am not sure why this has happened but i cannot seem to print in colour anymore and the printer only prints in grayscale only, I have gone into all the setting possible on the printer and laptop and their is nothing to configure colour or grayscale printing. Any help would be appreciated.

Missing or Failed Printhead
I am currently unable to print..Showing error message "missing or failed printhead". I have gone through the steps of unplugging & plugging in. At this point I am trying to clean the printhead, as recommended. My problem is that I am unable to access the control panel because of the error message. Any suggestions?

CHANGE IN DESIGN OF REPLACEMENT HP HIGH YIELD 950XL BLACK CARTRIDGE
I have own an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premiun e All-One-N911n Printer since 2016 and have replaced both color and black ink cartridges at least once with no problems buying geniune HP cartridges that fit. Recently, in June 2018, I purchased an geniune HP High Yield 950XL black cartridge from Bestbuy in Bel Air Maryland at a cost of nearly fifty dollars. I was stunned to find out the new geniune HP cartridges have changed there physical design and will not fit inside my printer. Does this mean that HP is forcing everybody that has this problem has to buy a new printer? I would change printer brands before I do this.

Every time I attempt to print I get an error message stating "printer not connected to HP instant ink" I have tried using WiFi as well as the USB cable to print and I get the same rejection every time.

M712 Right Door open message
We have an HP 700 series M712 printer that keeps displaying right door open. This happened a month ago and we opened all doors and areas and moved the printer an inch one way or the other and it started working. Had this happen again this morning and nothing will make it start working. Everything i read has Left door open messages but not right door. Please help.

With new lap top. Still allows option with old laptop to choose colour or black and whitebut just prints in black and white from new laptop. Colour cartridges installed and sufficient ink

HP Officejet Pro X476dw | Missing Printhead Error
I have two HP Officejet Pro X476dw printers in my home office. Just the other day, one of the printers notified me that the printhead was missing or disconnected. The screen is stuck with this message and the home or help keys do not work. I tried unplugging the printer for 2 minutes to perform a reset and no luck. I also tried using the HP support fixing tool, but the tool would not communicate with the printer. This is disheartening since I just purchased over $700 in ink. I need two printers for scanning and printing purposes, thus why I purchased two. I also attempted to contact the HP support help line, but after speaking with someone, they advise me that I will be transferred to the correct department. So far 3-out-of-3 times I have called, I am disconnected while on hold. When I attempt to call back, I have the same experience.
Any help would be greatly beneficial. I do not have another $899 to shell out on another printer. I figured buying two of them would help preserve the shelf live on both machines.Thank you.

Envy 4502 won’t stay on
When I plug up my printer, it begins to load and then shuts off. I’ve tried power cycling it several times and it still will not stay on.

I am having the same issue with an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus.
Whether I try to configure wired or wireless network printing, it says that the "...built in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer."
I have rebooted the printer and my router...It did not work - network printing still disabled.
Please help!
