HP Photosmarrt 5510 Printer has performed reasonably reliably for two years. Last week, black print became feinter until it stopped completely. HPPSDr said there was sufficient ink but I replaced black cartridge and all colour cartridges. Still no black print, not even a smear. Did head clean via HPPSDr three times, all colours print perfectly, apart from black which doesn't print at all. Have switched black cartridge again but no change to print outcome. Any ideas?
