Ever since I received this printer (Photosmart 7510 ), I always get ink lines and/or blotches on the leading edge of the envelope. I have tried cleaning the ink heads and changing the paper type to envelope & normal. Neither of these things made any difference. I have no difficulties when I print to normal paper and cannot find anything in the troubleshooting for this issue. Please help!
