I have a C310a HP Photosmart Premium that is having some major troubles. I have had it for about two years (warranty is expired, of course), and to be honest, it has always had some sort of feed problem. Now, it has hit rock bottom, so to speak. I had not used it in a few weeks until yesterday. I printed a couple things that looked terrible. The print was low so I replaced all but the black ink which seemed to still have at least a quarter of the ink left. I tried printing some photos again, and they looked even worse than before. I tried printing a test page, and it looked perfect..colors clear and sharp and everything. Very odd. I tried once again, and the paper got stuck (which isn't new, it tends to do that a lot). I removed it all, but now when I go to print, the carriage jam message appears. I have gone through all the steps they suggest in how to clear it (two or three times) and have gone and done the tutorial video steps (two or three times). I am out of options at this point. I am afraid I need to get it serviced. Go figure I would spend over a $100 in ink yesterday and it doesn't work. I should have probably just got a new printer!
