We have a word document that we print that has a logo at the top of the page. When we print to the M127 printer the image comes out as a solid black block and not the image. I have tried the diffrent settings for print quallity, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer driver. Nothing has helped. I can print to our other printers from the same machine, including another HP Laster Jet MFP, the M1212nf, and it comes out just fine. When I reinstalled the drivers, I downloaded them from the HP support site but it looks like its the same drivers as the CD. We are using Windows 7 Pro, x64 and Office 2010.
