I cannot duplex print on my HP Officejet Pro Plus. I have gone to Printer preferences, clicked on Print Queue and the field that pops up doesn't allow me to click "driver" as indicated on instructions. I've checked to be certain the duplexer is installed correctly. I've checked all the fields on the printer itself. Previously, I was able to click a box asking if I wanted two sided printing when I clicked on Print from word. I don't recall changing anything. I have a Mac 10.9.1. Suggestions?
