HP CM2320 keeps jamming. On jamming the printout does not fully come out about 1-2 inches left stuck in the fuser.
On intital inspection we diagnosed this as a fuser issue and purchased a new one (and rollers) BUT still jamming.
The printer is a few years old and in good condition, (out of warranty).
No clear visiable stuck paper\bits, printer has been througly cleaned and checked.
Tried various different types of paper, still jams.
Paper jams when running test prints also, no error codes displayed.
We have serviced 1000's of printers but not seen this before especially after replacing the fuser.
