I have had my cp2025 for a few years and from the start I had it connected to my small home network via an ethernet connection. Recently, a print job began acting up, such as after the 5th page, of a 11 page double sided document, the printer would stall and not print anything beyond that point, or sometimes it would only print the first page and stall. Also I noticed I got an error message regarding the pick roller needed replacing. Then finally I couldn't get an ip address on the printer nor could my network see the printer. When I switched to a usb cable, everything worked fine and no pick roller error message either. After a few days on the usb, I tried to reset the nvram, install the latest firmware, and install the full solution driver, etc. and try the ethernet again, but still the problem remained Oh, I forgot to add, I was using the universal print driver before when the problems developed. Is there something I can do to save this printer because I really do like it, as in no problems until now. I have always liked HP products ever since my first RPN calculator back in the late 70's. I used to swear by HP; I hope I haven't been swearing in vain. HELP!!!
