See file in print queue but doesn't print. I see User Intervention Required at top of print status

when I print a document using my Windows 7 Gateway computer I see the file in ht e print queue and it does not print. I see at the top User Intervention Required. If I urn off the PC and turn it on, after logginf in the file in the queue will print.  Any ideas?
