My hp LaserJet pro CM1415fnw color MFP printer/scanner stopped printing and scanning. When I go to the fixit screen on my computer it indicates it is restarting the spooler device. On the printer's screen it says "initializing" then goes to read "printing document" then the screen goes white then displays the hp and Energy Star icons at the top of the screen with a white bar at the bottom of the screen that starts across the screen Left to Right and goes about 1/2 way across the screen before then going back to the "initializing" screen. round and round the cycle goes. Turning off the machine does not help. Unplugging it does not help. Disconnecting and reconnecting it to my computer does not help. Running a recovery on my system did not help. Any suggestions on how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated.
