I had a paper jam issue. I thought there was no paper in it until I found the "secret" compartment to open so I could see inside the carriage house. I found the paper jammed up against either side in that compartment. I pulled all the paper out. I tried to print. It will actually print test pages but only with pink and blue (magenta and cyan). I have brand new cartridges in the printer. I cleaned the printheads manually and through the printer. Alignment failed several times and I calibrated the linefeed. Help!!
