Hi my HP Ink Advantage 1515 came from Europe and uses HP 650 Cartridges, when i brought it home here in the Philippines the only compatible cartridge is the 678. when i bought a genuine 678 cartridge it somehow cannot detect the cartridge. how can i fix this? looking for your answers. Thank you

Network problems with 4635
Is there a compatibility issue between the Officejet 4635 and Dell laptops? I have never been able to connect the laptop to my printer by myself. When I first got it, I had to chat with tech support for over 3 hours while they remotely controlled my laptop. They eventually got it to work, but every time I take my laptop away for the weekend, I come back and the printer doesn't work again. Once again a tech support agent has to fix the problem. Whenever I try to use a wired connection, my laptop refuses to recognize the printer, even with the correct software installed. Where is this problem coming from and is their any easy solution?

HP ENVY 5530 ALL IN ONE NOT PRINTING PHOTOS FROM IPHOTO.
IT WILL PRINT DOCUMENTS.
UPDATED THE DRIVERS. STILL WILL NOT PRINT PHOTOS FROM IPHOTO.
THE PRINTER WILL PICK UP THE PAPER AND ACT AS IF IT IS PRINTING, BUT THE DOCUMENT IT BLANK. INK LEVELS ARE FINE.

can I use a usb drive as a network drive on my officejet x64
Probably not the right place to post this but I'm not a posting expert. any help would be appreciated.
can I use the sb drive as a network drive on my officejet 6830? I was able to use an SD drive as a shared network drive on the old HP 6500 this 6830 replaced.
Really like that function, can't seem to find if it's doable on this new printer.

My printer will not print correctly.
I really like my printer even though it is getting old. But now it will not print correctly. The black doesn't print at all. I have ran the print doctor, installed new ink cartridges, and tried all the other suggestions. It still won't work. Is it just trash?

2410 actuator reset
Does anyone know how to reset the position of the actuator on the HP PSC 2410?
The illustrations on the HP solutions is for a different model and doesn't work for my printer. There is no metal gear, my gears are plastic. There is no 2inch actuator arm anywhere with an arrow diagram on it. Is it accessible from the front or back? Or do I need to pull the system apart to get to it?
My printer is making a grinding noise. Resetting the ink cartridges and paper feed has worked in the past when I've had this issue but it is not working today. Read other posts saying its because the cartridges may have knocked out the position of the actuator.

Getting Error C4EBA645 HP officejet Pro x476
Hello I own a HP officejet Pro x476 and when turning on the machine I receive an error code C4EBA645 with a blue background. I have attempted to reset the machine leaving it unplugged for more the 5 mins multiple times also I have removed the ink jets and issue still precedes please assist me with this.

C410 Missing/damaged cartridge message
I keep getting a message "The following ink cardtridge(s) appear to be missing or damaged' it is always the black cartridge that is indicated, no photo black.. I have renewed the cartridges on many occasion but sometimes they do not remove the message. I have just switched the printer off with the switch on the printer, switched on and the problem has gone!
Sometimes the display shows empty cartridges when I have renewed them with HP originals.
What is causing this?

Setting to print ledger size paper / Please help
I have a problem setting my new printer to print 11x17 (ledger size) The print outcome is smaller then the paper and i cant find the option fit to print. I have large excel reports with many columns that i am trying to fit on paper. the outcome is only what i see at the moment on the screen, not the whole report. I think is formatting or setting that i need help with.

Too small print when I try to print from the Envy printer especially PDF files
Everytime I try to print an attachment from an email message or even an email msg it prints out waaay too tiny. How do I change the font size? I need to send important documents for signature and I can't even read them they are so small.

Control Panel Light is dimming. Can't read it.
My printer control panel does not light up bright. I can hardly ready it. I need to use a magnifying glass to read it. Do I need to change a bulb or something, even though I see no way to do that. It does work though. Can someone answer or help with my question? Thanks.

Change font size on printer
Everytime I try to print an email or an attachment in a msg (especially PDF files) they come out sooooo tiny and nearly impossible to read. I have important documents I need to send to others but it's impossible right now. I've looked everywhere on the ENVY icon on my desktop but it is of no help and I need help ASAP!!!! How can I get all of the features of my printer to work.
I have a windows 7 compaq presario computer and an hp officejet J4680. The installation cd has Windows 2000, XP, Vista etc. but not windows 7. I'm unable to use most of the features because I could not install my printer with the cd wizard. When my printer was under warranty a service technician downloaded features that this printer contains. At a later time I had to restore my computer to factory setting. I lost the features for my printer which had been downloaded onto my desktop. I have searched everywhere but I can't find a download for my printer's complete features. Example: I was able to open a menu where I could print, fax. It would show me my ink levels, etc. I could perform different tasks for my printer, all by clicking my mouse. Does anyone know how I can obtain these features again.
