I am trying to fix HP slow printer with Windows 11. How do I remove a redundant printer from the HP suite. Only one printer is installed in Windows settings, but HP suite shows 2 printers and one is in error showing low toner levels.

I cant get my printer to work
HI cant get my printer to work, I have tried calling but had no luck, I sopke to someone on the phone who did trouble shooting with me and was unable to help. I had a call back a couple of weeks later but I was not at home to trouble shoot the printer.
I'm very unhappy with the product - it has only been out of the box new since I have purchased and I have been unable to print anything in times of need. this has been extreamly frustrating.

tried the steps I found online (but didn't work):
Remove all the ink cartridges and then try to perform a hard reset on the printer.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Remove USB cable, if present.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Now insert the ink cartridges and then try to print a test page and check if it works.

Laserjet is blocked
My HP laserjet printer is blocked. I have restarted it and I have restarted my broadband router, but this hasn't cleared it.
All the online HP helplines say use the control panel on the printer, but my printer does not have a control panel.
Can anyone help please ?

HP LaserJet M15W Power and Attention Light Blinking
I've seen countless posts about this same issue with no resolution. Out of seemingly nowhere the power and attention lights blink when turning on the printer, and it remains offline. My PC is also not able to recognize it when connected via USB.
I've tried the various reset steps shown in other posts, a factory reset (although the printer doesn't seem to respond to this at all), and purchasing a brand new toner cartridge as well - HP brand, the same as what I had in it before. I've also tried a different power cord and a new USB cord as well, plus different USB ports on my PC, with no results.
Am I just out of luck? I'd rather not have to buy a whole new printer, but after this nightmare it won't be HP.

HP4155, orange light blinks, not recognizing paper, prior wasn't recognizing wifi
HP4155, # CN11A5V0FC, orange light blinks, not recognizing paper, prior wasn't recognizing wifi, also printout said connected but no wifi, had fiber optic installed yesterday.
Changed ink (B and colored), the display has two long lines flashing, ink icon between. Also flashing looks like an envelope.

Cannot print in colour due to 'Color was changed because of a conflict with another printer setting
I cannot print in colour and if I change to the Colour option in printer options it changes back to monochrome and reports back that the Color was changed because of a conflict with another printer setting. My printer is HP Envy 4520. This has been going on for years and I am not a high user and I have just put up with it but it is so annoying! Enough is enough. If I cant get it sorted I will just get rid of the printer.
