Apparent Power Supply Ideficiency to HP 4630 Prinet
Printer not starting up properly.
I have followed this procedure:
1. Unplug printer power cord on back of printer.
2. Wait 2+ minutes.
3. Plug power cord back in.
4. Without pressing power button, on front of printer, the HP logo appears on the display screen for a few seconds after inserting power plug, then error code appears on screen (see below).
5. Error message remains static.......no further progress in starting up.
6. Press power button on front of printer...power supply turns off and then I'm unable to restore power by pressing power button.
7. Return to step #1 above and repeat process.
I have gone through the above process 4 times..... without resolution. Every attempt, the error code referenced in step #4 above changes as follows:
1st attempt : Error code 0X83C0000A
2nd attempt: Error code 0XB8111B7A
3rd attempt: Error code 0XB80003E8
4th attempt: Error code 0XB8111C38
Anyone have any idea what these error codes mean and if there is any possibility of restoring normal printer function?

Alignment is off when I am printing on cardstock.
I am trying to print on cardstock on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210, but each time I try the alignment of the image is off. I checked the alignment of the printer and it was fine on regular paper, but I checked it again on cardstock and it was off. I realized I didn't have the paper setting set to the "cardstock" option, so I changed that but it didn't fix the problem. The paper I am using is 80 lb. cardstock. Can someone please tell me how I can print what I need on this cardstock paper?

HP Web Jetadmin v10.5 upgrade - FIRMWARE check "Unexpected Error, Client must close"
Hello,
I just upgraded from Web Jetadmin v10.4 R9 to v10.5 -
- Previously everything was working fine. No errors
- After the upgrade, when checking firmware on printers, no receive the "An unexpected error has been encountered The client will be closed." error results.
Rebooted server, performed FULL Refresh Selection.
- Tested M479 and M577 MFP printers.
- Tested using Admin log in and RUN AS Administrator, same result.
--- Server 2019, 64-bit
----- 8 Cores
----- 40GB RAM
--- WJA v10.5
--- External SQL DB
--- Verified credentials within WJA Options
Is this an unexpected issue with the new release? Is there a new setting needing to be configured? Thank you for any additional information you can provide.

Missing or failed printhead
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus - O/S is Windows 7. Printer has been excellent, worked fine yesterday then suddenly popped up a screen indicating "Missing or failed printhead". I've followed all the instructions & help, reinstalled the printhead, downloaded all firmware & driver updates. Any suggestions what else I can do ?

The control panel on my HP Envy 5530 keeps getting stuck trying to print an alignment page
After installing new Instant Ink cartridge, the control panel screen on my printer is stuck as if it's trying to print an alignment page. Pressing 'ok' simply leads to spinning cursor. I am able to send items for print to the printer, and it will print them, however; on the printer, I am unable to get to any other screen. Pulling the plug does nothing. Powering down via button does nothing. The new troubleshooting app from HP has only common sense fixes, nothing in depth (perhaps looking at event log in hidden support menu would tell me why this is happening?) The troubleshooting app is appearntly garbage. Logging in directly to printer ip address shows no message that anything is amiss. Actually, can't even get hidden support menu to pop up on printer control panel as the screen is stuck on alignment page, so... Also, I tried removing cartridges, pulling plug with them in and removing them while unplugged and repowering. It will tell me no cartridges installed, but inserting them goes back to alignment page. I see a few others have had this issue, but it looks like HP just wants everyone to buy new printers as they don't seem to want to give a fix. Anybody have a decide for the event log?

My OfficeJet Pro 8035 is not responding, not even the power button!
My hp office jet pro 8035 is not responding-- not from the touchscreen, the laptop or the power button. And yes, I pushed the power button for over 10 seconds, and it still doesn't power off. What if I unplug it and see if it listens to reason then?
