Hello, I've bought the printer HP OFFICEJET PRO 8620 in Canadá some years ago and now I'm living in Brazil and I need to regionalize the printer to use compatible cartridges in Brazil.
I've called the HP support in Brazil, they always tell me that either my warranty has expired or that they can't help me with a printer that I bought outside Brazil.
Could you help me to do that?

I have attempted to bring my HP C8180 back on line after a couple of years of no use. I ordered all new ink cartridges and installed them. I am getting the following message and error code: "Ink system has failed. Unable to print. Refer to printer documentation Error Oxc18a0106. Turn power off, then on again". I have powered the printer on and off several times and even tried to follow the recommended solutions of pressing the ok, cancel and color buttons simultaneously and uninstalling ink cartridges while the printer is on. I do not have an * or # button to push so that solution is not possible to try. Are there any other recommended solutions for this specific printer before I send it to the trash and have to replace it. Thanks in advance!
This blue screen has just started for me but is the same as everyone else is complaining about. I click the link that @jay gives others and i get a message that says this:

habe neues Kabel probiert, den Drucker per Kabel an den laptop angeschlossen, den Drucker mit Kabel an den Router angeschlossen, den scan Doc durchlaufen, er findet die Druckerverbindung nicht, obwohl er sieht, dass der HP 6230 installiert ist. Es ist zum Verzweifeln. Die Garantie ist abgelaufen, aber trotzdem hätte ich gern support, der wird mir leider nicht angeboten 😞 ich kann den doch nicht entsorgen...

How do I fix error code OXB3D17A2B
I have been received this 0xb.., error along with flashing lights for several days now. I have followed some suggestions- power restart, unplugging, resetting router, resetting to factory defaults from the printer touchscreen, and checking for updates also on the printer itself. Nothing works. Error comes back every time. Sometimes within minutes.
I've got a OfficeJet 5258, and started getting Error code 0XB3D75A28 on the printer's LCD screen a week ago. I can't find any support information about it. I tried power cycling with 60 seconds rest several times, most of them immediately went back to the error. One time it started working for about 20 minutes, but then the error came back and the printer is locked up. Is there any way to do some sort of hard factory reset on this model? Please advise, thanks.

I am getting an error code OXB3E28BEB. The home button, question mark, and back button arrow are all flashing. What is this and is there a fix?

I also am getting blue screen with B305DFF9 code. Is a factory reset really going to help this?

Error code HP0XB3D65A2B on an Officejet 5255 - I have unplugged the power cord - replugged it in as well as shutting the power off for 30 seconds or more. Problem comes and goes

My CW3060 printer is occasionally beeping 3 times then 2 times. Nothing wrong in the display or the admin website. What is it trying to say?
Am getting random errors after printer is on for a while - most recent error is 0XB3D25A2B, along with flashing lights on display. Can't find any reference to this error anywhere online.
My HP envy 5000 printer gave this error out of nothing.
On the display it gave

The lights were all blinking (home, return). The power button was unresponsive.
Only after pressing them many times they stopped blinking and the power button became responsive again. However, after off/on the error returned later by itself.
Searching on other sources did not give me a list of error codes. Is this some new firmware that hp rolled out recently? If there is someone from hp monitoring this forum: please share solution.

I keep getting an error message: "try 2 is overfilled." Tray 2 is not overfilled. I tried restarting the printer and I keep getting the same message.
