I have the same error message as mentionned above with my printer HP Envy Photo 7830. I first had a message saying to remove and insert again my black cartridge, and now I have a blue screen of death with the code C4EB9024 on screen. I tried the IPv6 deactivation trick but without success. My printer is connected through wifi to an internet box. Any other idea?

How do I clean or align the printer head then?
I just changed cartridges and am getting a "Remove and Reinstall Ink Cartridge" message. I have tried to troubleshoot doing a hard reset (removing cartridges, unplugging printer, holding down power button, etc.), but still get the same message.
Any other suggestions for removing this error and using my printer? Thanks.
Printer was working fine and with wireless printing from my laptop. All of a sudden, items now go into the printer queue with a queue notation that says printer error. I ran HP P&S Doctor and got a result that said there was a device problem, specifically that I was using non-HP ink (which is true). Some time ago I had downloaded the firmware update which removes the non-HP ink glitch and everything worked fine until now. I removed the HP printer software and reinstalled it. Still no success.

After reinstalling printer programs it is only possible to make monochrome printings. There is no longer provided a dialog box where you can choose greyscale or colour printings. Making colured copies is working perfectly as well as colour printing from other computers. The other computers have a dialog box for greyscale and colour printings.
How do I solve this in the easiest way.

My HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer will not move the cartridge carrier to the center so I can replace expired black cartridge. Is there a manual release or way to move the cartridge carrier to the center?

I've just installed a new HP 9020 OfficeJet printer to work with a Macbook pro.
Whenever I print from Word for Mac Version 16.27, as soon as I click File/Print, the printer starts printing. Even before the Print dialog box opens. Sometimes it's multiple copies, sometimes only the first page of the document.
Doesn't happen in Excel.
I have to jump to the print queue and cancel the print(s) as soon as they arrive so I can specify in the print dialog box, pages to print and number of copies.
Is it the print driver? I've seen some ld responses suggesting it was an issue 10 years ago, something to do with bi-directional printer confirmations???

Hi, I have tried replacing the black ink cartridge in my printer twice, but it is still not printing. The Cyan, Magenta and Yellow are all printing fine. I've run a print quality test three times, and on each occasion the black ink box is completely blank. I've tried cleaning the ink nozzle on the cartridge itself using distilled ater and a cotton bud, but this still hasn't worked. Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks

hello ive never used my printer for ages its connected no prob to my computer by wifi and the black ink is showing half full however when pinting it is throwing out blank pages ive done all the cleans about ten times and tried printing ten times but still coming out blank HELP
I bought a new computer, located my wireless printer, and added to my new PC. When I go to print a document my printer shows up as an option. I print and the printer goes through all the actions (noises) of printing. It sounds like it is printing (everything is moving as if it is) then nothing (no ink) shows up on paper. The ink cartridges have been recently replaced and ink levels have been checked. When I run a test print page straight from printer, it displays ink on page.
I have done all the steps mentioned and my printer still will not print anything black.it prints in color but any word documents print blank, Not sure what else to try. Very frustrated in HP at the moment.
I'm trying to print word documents (Office Pro 2013) to my OfficeJet Pro 8600 but nothing prints. The computer detects the printer via the USB connection and I can print from the web or from notepad but when I try to print from Word it looks it's being sent to the printer but it never shows in the queue or prints. The same thing happens when I try to print from Adobe Reader. I've removed an and all hp programs and drivers from the computer. Reinstalled everything, the setup did not give me any problems. I can print an internal test page. I've tried changing the USB port, the USB cord. When I try to print from Excel I get this error:
I have a Gigabyte H97N-WIFI Desktop running Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit with 8GB of ram. When I saw this message I checked memory usage and it was only at %24. I ran print and scan doctor and all it would tell me is that there was an unspecified problem with the software and that I needed to uninstall and reinstall. Which I did but with no change in results.
I have the same issue, but the printer with the problem is a 7520.
