I bought last november 2018 a printer HP ENVY Photo 6230. Some days ago the display started to not respond to the touch and there is no way to recover it. The printing directly from the PC is still possible so I assume it's a problem linked to the touch screen. Switching off and on the printer, the only message which appears (in grey, not lighted) is "Original HP cartridges installed" but there is no way to go ahead or back (the touch is not sensitive). I went to the shop and they adviced me to write to HP assistance. The product is still in guarantee, if you don't have other advices I will give them back the printer to find the issue. My HP8610 copies.
It will not print from my Windows laptop nor from my iPhone. When printing from laptop, I get "Error Printing". Unplugged the 8610 while on. Held ON button for 15-seconds. Plugged back in.
Still "Error Printing"

New Printer HP setup without setup cartridge
I got this printer and it has no setup cartridges. It was a display item, but apparently someone registered it. I have ink cartridges, but need to know how to bypass the setup. All of the answers online do not list the actual fix, but say they will email in a private message. Help
text droops or drops off at the end of each row
New HP Envy 5030 was printing fine but has just started printing text with a droop or drop off to each row. I've checked paper tray and have tried print quality diagnostics/ re-aligning but it still happens. Image attached to illustrate the problem.
BRAND NEW PRINTER WON'T WORK
PRINTER BOUGHT 2015 (I KNOW!) AND NOT UNBOXED UNTIL NOW AS OLD PRINTER CONTINUED TO WORK. UNBOXED, REMOVED PACKAGING ETC AND WHEN TURNED ON DISPLAY PANEL SHOWS "ERROR CODE 0XC4EB82C3 HW_MICCI2_V12.
I CANNOT FIND INFO ON HOW TO REMOVE THIS/GET PANEL TO WORK.
I'VE INSTALLED SOFTWARE AND UPDATED DRIVERS IN THE HOPE IT WOULD BE RESOLVED BUT LAPTOP CAN'T CONNECT EITHER WIRELESSLY OR BY USB.
HP SUPPORT IS OF NO HELP. I HAVE INK CARTRIDGES AND PAPER IN PRINTER (ALSO PURCHASED 2 MORE CARTRIDGES AT THE TIME-UNOPENED).

HP Deskjet GT 5820 cutting images
I've bought HP Deskjet GT 5820 a couple of days ago in order to print coloured A4 pages (making two A5 ones after that), but when i tried to make a borderless print, the printer cut the image (which was exactly 21x29.7).
The left image is how it must be,
the right one is how it was printed.
The image was cut on every border... How can it be fixed?
HP protected cartridge installed
I have a HP printer and I use genuine HP cartridges, then after printing several pages I got a HP protected Cartridge installed
My question is which printer protected the ink cartridge , I use only one printer at the moment and I have not swapped the ink from another printer intact , the message came up just after having finished a couple of prints with the same printer and cartridge

No ink coming out of cartridge
Haven't used printer in a long time. Ink catridges are at 70%. When i do a ink cartridge clean and go to print test page, it comes out blank. How do I manually clean cartridges. or how do I get the cartridges to work?

Not sure if os updated did have a short power outage. Printer worked 2 days ago then to day error meessage about ink system failure.
Can't print or copy even after replacing cartridge
When I try to print or copy, I get a message that I need to replace the yellow cartridge. Even after replacing the cartridge, I still get the same message. I can't print or copy even if I choose the grayscale option to avoid using the color cartridges. I've tried:
- resetting the printer,
- deleting it and re-adding it to the printer list,
- cleaning the print head (am unable to do so, I think again because of the supposedly empty cartridge),
- taking the cartridge out, shaking it, reinserting it to make sure it's seated properly,
- reinstalling printer driver.
Nothing has worked. Can anyone help?
Officejet Pro print quality issue
I have run the head cleaning (all 3 levels) multiple times. It will print sufficiently for about a day . It is a genuine HP cartridge. It worked fine for about the 1st half of the cartridge. Will replacing the cartige fix the issue or might there be a bigger problelm. It seems to be an issue just with the black.
Error code B89F790C with power on symbol on BSOD
Attempting to add brand new OfficeJet Pro 8715 to home network--within 24hrs of installation, multiple disconnects from wireless network, followed by a Blue Screen of Death with the code B89F790C and the power on symbol. Each attmpt to turn the printer on and off results in the same screen. Going back as defective with no replacement HP product if I cannot resolve very quickly.....

error message "tri-color cartridge is counterfit". NOT TRUE. Cartridge purchased from HP online. Printer has been set on BLACK ONLY for 2 years and works without problem. Message on printer now "alignment page not recognized".
How to stop alignment process or delete it. Not needed. Nothing has been altered on printer for several weeks.
HP Envy 4527 put in first instant ink, now black printing blurry
Hi I have put in my first instant ink, as soon as I changed it the colour is fine but the black is all blurry. I have used the printers cleaning mode to clean the cartridges, i have tried this several times and a day apart. I have tried aligning the printer. I have made some copies it is the same for printing or copying. Please help as it will soon be homework time after the easter break! I wasn't sure if its a ink problem, but cant work out how to ask!
