Can someone advise me if cartridges for HP 3720 and HP 3775 are compatible? My daughter purchased an HP 3775 in Qatar but cartri dges are very hard to find because of the embargoe and boycott applied neighbouring countries. The HP3720 sold in Australia appears identical to the HP 3775 sold in Qatar

Printing requirements
My printer wants me to replace depleted cartridges.
I replaced the depleted black cartridge with a spankin' brand new one purchased at Office Max.
The printer continues to advise it needs a depleted cartridge replaced.
Does design of this printer require replacement of all depleted cartridges before allowing printing? I only want to print in black.

HP 577dw pagewide printer error code 0x61000053 recurring after 0x610000D3 - how to fix?
I have an HP Pagewide Pro 577DW printer which is malfunctioning.
The problem occurred when I was scanning an ID card using the "Scan ID" capability. The front scanned okay, but the back scan failed, with the device just sitting there with the spinning icon showing for 30 minutes. Nothing was printed out.
After a reboot, the printer started showing an error code of 0X610000D3.
By turning the printer off and back on again (including removing the power cable) a few times, I was able to get that error message to go away.
However, after a reboot, the printer now shows error code 0x61000053.
It doesn't explain what this error code means.
I've run the HP Print and Scan Doctor several times, but it is unable to resolve the issue.
I've checked that there are no paper jams in the printer and that all of the doors are properly closed.
Does anyone know what this error code means (a google search and HP's website reveal nothing useful)?
Any help you may be able to provide is greatly appreciated.

My printer will not print black ink
My printer stopped printing black ink. I thought I was out of ink, so I replaced my ink cartridge. At the same time I replaced all ther other cartridges since they were low. All the other cartridges work except the black one. I have cleaned the printer heads over, and over. I ran the Doctor app, which says my printer is fine. Can someone help?

I cannot print from word. All i get is blank pages
I can print an email, a text message but not from MS Word or Google Docs. The printer acts like its printing but only blank pages come out! I've printed from Word before and google docs but now just blank pages or ilegible teeny tiny undiscernable lines of some sort.

Deskjet 4535 Printer Driver Unavailable in Windows 10
My new HP Deskjet 4535 is getting connected to my Home Wifi. It prints fine if we sent the document to its email ID.
But In my Desktop with Windows-10 64 bit , while trying to add printer, its detects the printer, but the driver status is showing as "Driver unavailable", due to which I am unable to print from Excel or Word....and also I am unable to adjust the grayscale. it does print on full color and full black..
I did the following.
- Updated the Windows 10, with latest update.
- Tried to connect the printer with USB cable
- Downloaded the latest firmware, driver other basic software from HP website and its getting installed
But still windows says driver is unavailable.
Friends, I would appreciate if anyone has faced and solved the same kind of issue.

Re: OfficeJet Pro 8720 does not pickup cardstock paper
When printing on cardstock, it prints okay until near the bottom, where it has a paper feed issue, and then it leaves a horizontal streak partway up from the bottom margin, maybe an inch, and then is okay again.

I am trying to set up my new HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477 in the scanner function and I am being asked to enter the "WPS PIN" for the printer which I am told can be found on my "Direct-db-HP M477 Laserjet" or "in the info that came with it". But I cannot find it, please can you tell me where I should be looking?

HP8600 "WiFi connected" but not found (through router and can't reach update/apps services)
Hello everyone,
We have troubles with home printer which is a HP8600 plus (at office we have another 8600+ and a 8620 which use different statis ips on another range).
We can't communicate with the printer. I completed the wizard several times (used dynamic and statis ip's). It says that it is connected, but in the router it doesn't show up. When checking for updates or apps on the printer itself it can't reach any hp websites.
Directly checked the ip that it uses from the details page, but that doesn't excist on the network (also not by ping).
It seems like a firmware bug. This happened very recently and was working. No network changes or Windows updates in that time period.
Before this we had every few months the same problem which was that it lost connection en HP scan doctor needs to run and/or all software and drivers need to be reïnstalled. Also very annoying.

Cyan not printing after firmware update
Was having trouble with printing so did a firmware update. Now Cyan will not print therefore printing abilities now worse.

Officejet displays "Printing" but nothing happens when sent print job or scan copy
Help please!
I have been fighting with this printer for days. We got a new router and now our printer refuses to work. At first it will tell me that the printer isn't connected, sometimes I can get it to say connected but when I send a print job from my computer, the printer queue says the job is printing, the printer screen says the job is printing but nothing comes out. I can't even get a copy to print directly from the printer.
I have followed a number of steps already...
- updated computer OS
- reset the print system
- verify and Repair your Disk Permissions on the Mac
- Uninstall Drivers and Software
- re installed printer
I have tried to download and run Print Doctor from the HP site but I am on a MAC and it says it tells me it can't open the file.
I have hit the point of exasperation as I NEED NEED NEED to print something. Can anyone out there help me?

HELP - Carriage Jam Error Midway Through Alignment
When trying to align the printhead on my HP Officejet Pro 8610, the printer gets about a quarter of the way through printing the alignment page then stops and produces a carriage jam error.
What I have done so far:
- Checked for jams - there are none
- Turned the printer off and on
- Turned off and unplugged the printer for an extended amount of time
- Cleaned the printhead
- Calibrated the line feed
- Removed and reinstalled the ink cartridges
Nothing seems to solve the problem. The printer still prints and performs other functions properly (i.e. calibration and cleaning the printhead) but can't seem to make it through the alignment function.
I don't know what my next steps should be. PLEASE HELP!
