Error Code 0x83C0002B

My printer is displaying ERROR CODE, 0x83C0002B, NOS_LOADER_APP
I have tried to reset it (by following hp instructions but it refuses to work).
It is NOT plugged into any form of surge protector.
The ink cartridges cannot be removed as they are stubbornly fixed in the right hand side of the printer (as you look at it).
The printer is still under warranty and I require it to be repaired please.
How do I get it repaired?
I've just typed all of this into the HP support website and all it did was to direct me here.

I'm very disappointed with this.

New HP cartridges have been installed.  No error messages.  Diagnostics say printer is OK.

Printer display is locked up after changing Ink cartridge. cannot use display to make copies or scan or fax. Prints fine or scans from computer.

63 Ink cartridge error

Having a problem here. Just installed a brand new 63 black ink cartridge into my HP Envy 4522 and it shows me the message: the indicated cartridge is not intended for use in this printer. Triple checked everything, followed the steps to resolve the issue provided on HP site but it is still unresolved. Can you please tell me how to make it work or how to replace the one I have without paying for it again?! Thank you in advance

Trying to add hp2541 to my Ipad

I've had my ipad connected to my hp 2541 printer while I was using Dish Net for my internet.  I just switched to Verizon internet and when I try to print it says no internet connection.  It worked well with my Ipad before I switched to Verizon.  Please help me get my printer connected back to my ipad.  Thanks, Marjorie

hp printer f4440 series makes a rachet sound when first turned on and when a new printout starts

The printer ink gauge showed empty, The cartridge was actually almost full.  I removed the cartridge and reinstalled it.  Then when I tried to print a page, printer made a "rachet" sound.  I removed and reinstaled cartridge and it did the same thing. I turned printer off and when I turned it on it made that same sound and went through  the adjustments normal to setting up a printing. There was a printout but each time but before printing it would make that same loud "rachet" sound.

 

I mainly use firefox as my regular browser. 

New black cartridge won't print on Photosmart Prem C310

I recently installed a new black cartridge. It printed a few pages very faintly, then won't print at all.

The other 3 colors print just fine.

I uninstalled and installed the cartridge again. Also did cartridge cleaning. Both efforts didn't change the outcome.

I was unable to get the Scan Doctor to open (downloads and installs, but it didn't open and now I can't find it).

Is it just a bad cartridge?

My HP Office Jet Pro 8600 stopped working.  I purchased new 950XL and 951 to replace the ink cartriges as instructed.

 

The printer is dead and I just purchased a new Office Jet Pro 8730.

 

Can I exchange these perfectly new cartriges for 952 cartriges??

Remanufactured cartridge no longer works

I live abroad (Mexico) I've had this printer for about 4 years and have used remanufactured cartridges successfully.  No cartridge that fits this printer can be purchased in Mexico.  I just put in a new cartridge, identical to what I've used previously, and I get the message that it's not a "compatible" cartridge.  That's BS.  I suspect an automatic firmware update is the problem.  How do I get around this.  As I said, I CANNOT BUY AN HP CARTRIDGE IN MEXICO that fits this model.

 

I need to use the printer and I believe HP forcing the use of it's own cartridges is illegal.

Please Help! I purchased a new HP deskjet 3632 All-in-One printer from Walmart today, it was still in its factory sealed plastic wrap and box. I have been trying for 5 hours, I said 5 hours, to get this thing installed and printing. I have done every troubleshooting solution including uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers 9times! I have tried wireless installs and USB installs nothing is working! 

 

Everytime its the same problem, Black Ink Failure. I have done all the troubleshooting I have found here and other places and none of it has worked.

The cartridge has plenty of ink, just lightly pressing a lint free foam brush on it I can see ink flow so its not clogged. This is ridculous since its brand new and I know how to install printer ink cartridges. 

 

First I was angry now I am to the point of tears. This is clearly an HP problem and I am now left with a giant paper weight. Our local Walmart wont take it back since its been opened. 

 

Do I send it to you HP or just throw it out? I am not going to waste money on ink because clearly this is printer problem not an cartridge problem.

 

If anyone has a real solution to this please share. Thank you 

printing checks from Quicken 2017 wih HP Officejet Pro 8210

I can't print checks from Quicken 2017 with my new HP Officejet Pro 8210.  Other reports from Quicken print just fine.  Had no problem with my old Office jet 6100.   Also have no problems when printing Word and Excel documents. 

Any help is appreciated.

Changed my wifi password and lost the HP printer connection in the process.  The new password has a capital letter but I can't figure out how to capitalize when typing the password into the HP printer.

My Mac can no longer find my printer.  It seems to coincide with a network outage two days ago on my ISP's end.  Connection to the internet was restored, but my printer no longer talks to my computer.

 

The printer says it is connected to the network.  I have restored network defaults multiple times, rebooted the printer multiple times, rebooted the computer multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers ...

 

Under system preferences, I deleted the printer, and then rebooted the computer.  After the reboot I clicked the "+" sign to add a printer under system preferences/printers & scanners, and it did find the printer.  But when attempting to use it, the software says the printer is not connected.

 

I note that these forums are replete with posts reporting similar problems, and so far, I have seen none of these problems solved.  So I am concerned that this problem has no solution.

Just got the printer a couple of weeks ago. Today is the first time I tried to print something in landscape mode. I was using Word 2007 with the document orientation set to landscape. It printed in portrait with the right side of the print cut off. I tried changing the printer properties to landscape and checking the print preview so I wouldn't waste anymore paper. Each preview set to landscape showed the right 3-4 inches missing. I tried toggling to portrait, and the preview showed the top 4 inches missing. I changed back to landscape and tried adjusting the font size, but it still showed the right side missing. Am I doing something wrong?

I can print from my IPAD but not from my PC to my HP ENVY 4500.  I have tried to download the latest SCAN DOCTOR but when I try to install it I get an error message. " INSTALLATION ERROR   ERROR 5: FAILED TO COPY PORT MONITOR FILES."

 

I have downloaded the most recent driver downloads for this printer. Previously when I tried to print I would get a message saying the printer was offline. Now if I try to print I don't get any messages. It just doesn't print.

 

The printer is online. My IPAD can print to it. I have used the wireless wizard to enter the WPA/WEP password.  I have been doing this all day long and am very frustrated. Can someone help me get back to printing?

I recently upgraded my windows from 8.1 to windows 10, and my printer is now not printing. As well as it is not printing wirelessly. I have uninstalled everything, and removed the printer and its not printing and not giving me any error messages.

 

In the devices and printers the HP OfficeJet 3830 is my default printer and have restarted and plugged the printer into different ports and still nothing. As well as the drivers are up to date. I do not know where to go from here. Thanks

WPS error on 3070a printer

My 3070a printer used to connect to my wifi network, but now that I'm using a Linksys EA7500 router it won't. Both the WPS and PIN methods of connecting return a 'WPS error' on the printer's screen after about 30 seconds. I've tried 'Restore Defaults' in the printer's wireless settings, but it didn't help. Powering the printer off and on didn't help either.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
