I have a new HP Officejet Pro x476dw MFP - which I have really been happy with. Until last night. It got a print job stuck in the pipeline and we couldn't get it to delete. I'd tell it to delete, it would say it was deleting, and then nothing. Tried from both the unit and the computer. Finally got it to delete the print jobs, and it started printing again. Came into the office this morning and someone tried to print and complained the printer wasn't working. Walked over to it and it had a white screen that said "Pleaase turn printer off, then on again." All of the indicators surrounding the screen were rapidly flashing. The power button had no effect - meaning it wouldn't turn the machine off. Had to pull the plug, which it didn't like because it told me so when it powered back up. After the white screen, it flashed a blue error screen that shows B835B846, I think. It flashed so fast the first couple of times that I had to video the problem/process in order to catch the number. There is no error code with this number on it in the HP website.
I've downloaded the the HP Scan and Print Doctor, and it can't get it to print. Any ideas?
