its 11 years old, but we have never had a problem with it until 2 weeks ago. Basically, this is what happens, when I go to file print, it kicks on and it starts feeding the paper however the right side of the paper isn't getting fed propperly, but the left side does and the paper rips and then printing cycle is stopped and I get a "Add more paper message on my computer"
I am not sure what to do, I have small children and as far as I can tell there are no toys jammed in there... the model number is Q1342A
