Laserjet CM1415fnw: Syntax Error

Description of the Problem

My printer is no longer printing jobs. When a print job is sent to the printer, the print job stays in the queue and doesn't send. After a while, it may print out an error page.

Tried & Failed Attempts

I have already tried deleting and adding the printer, re-installing the printer, soft boot (turn off power switch), hard boot (unplug from the wall outlet), and restore to factory defaults.

What can I do to fix this? I really need to be able to use my printer.
