I've recently downloaded the driver and software for the HP Officejet J4680 on to my Lenovo Ideapad U310 with Windows 8 and I've been experiencing some issues. I've downloaded HP Print and Scan Doctor and it said there seemed to be no problems with my printer. I then sent the test page and the test page printed out fine. However, whenever I go to print something form Microsoft Office Word 2007, the document won't print. The paper goes through the feed like it's going to print, but it comes out blank. The ink cartridges are practically new in the printer and yet I can't seem to get the printer to work. Any solutions?
