I have a HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer and got a paper jam the other day but even after removing the paper, I'm continuing to get an error message saying to remove the rear access panel and clear any paper. The paper that jammed did not tear or rip so there were no bits left in the printer. I've tried all the options on the support page - including cleaning the rollers and a power reset - for this to no avail.
I've only had this printer a couple of months and am at my wits end. I've never had a printer with this issue before that wouldn't clear a jam error.
