I have an HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw, which is getting repeating toner marks along one edge of the paper. I have had previous HP lasers and was able to purchase either cleaning or maintenance kits for these machines which always took care of this problem. The website offers no such solution and only says to run a "cleaning page", which I have done 6 times and to no avail. The black cartridge is at about 80% and the problem just popped up a few days ago.
