My display screen is bright white, I have tried unplugging it, plugging it directly into the outlet. I contacted HP support and was told I'm 10 days out of warranty. I purchased it online through Staples and remember it was odd that I wasn't offered an extended plan. I just found out I was suppose to add it to my cart from an accessories section, so I am to blame for that. However I don't know what to do about the display screen, I can only print, scan & fax from my laptop since I can't seen what I'm selecting on the screen. I want to cry. Also I contacted support and was asked to fax my receipt since my warranty date is so close. I did that and called back with my ticket number. The tech had me confirm my information which I attempted and was advised it wasn't correct. The tech gave me my husband's information, which is ok, but I registered and called last night leaving all of my information. Is it possible theres a mix up? I really need to get this fixed asap Thank you!!
