printer is a pain in the _ _ _

Hi, First post for me.

I have a deskjet 2050 J510 series
I'm running 32 bit Vista. I just reinstalled it from the disc that came with.

I get a error message when I scan a document. It says:

The following error occured while importing Image.JPG. Access is denied.

What do you want to do?

Try again

skip the file

skip all files with errors

and nothing happens.

Also it won't scan to the computer.
