Does anyone have access to the service manual for the unit (M275) as I have a print problem HP wants no part of. There is something that is dragging through the toner about 1in from left edge of paper. The problem has to happen in the paper path after the toner is deposited on the paper and before the fixer roll and exit. I think I know the aprox location of the problem but can not get a visual because of the large paper guide that covers a large portion of the back inside the backdoor, I would also like also to remove the plastic cabinetry around the printer so as to view a bit more of the paper path. Things are so flimsy I am afraid I will break some of it without the service manual showing the tabs that hold things in place. Is it possible to get the service manuel and parts list for this thing.
