I have an HP Officejet Pro 8500A A910 that has worked without issue for a year.
I cancelled a print job last week and had to remove the last sheet of paper as it had stopped halfway through printing and it did not automatically feed out the paper. I noticed that it had also picked up two sheets of paper at the same time. I cleared this all fine (came away without tearing) and went to print again and the printer had a message saying 'paper jam - clear paper jam then touch ok'.
I have been through all the steps of checking for a paper jam and I cannot see or find one. I have unplugged it and drained
the power and plugged it back in three different ways and nothing is working to clear the message.
Is there anyway to reset the printer or clear the message?
