d1420 print job hangs in print queue

I have been thru the above trouble shooting document 3 times with the same outcome.  The test page always prints after driver installation.  The first print job after a reboot is successful but the second and thereafter hangs in the print queue using any program.  The pending print jobs can not be canceled and will print as Windows loads after rebooting.
