I have the HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus and it keeps giving me the error message "clear paper jam then touch OK". I have checked every nook and cranny on this machine, Ive cleaned rollers, reset it several times, read the message boards and there appears to be no solution. Ive used a good part of my can of "duster". Ive turned the machine upside down and gently shook it. Ive followed all the directions on the trouble shooting page on line.
Im posting this to see if theres any new information out there that might save this printer. My boss wants me to throw it away (recycle it) but Id like to try and save it.
