I have tried all the solutions posted in other posts. In my print quality test page, Test Pattern 2, I get black, 3 shade of lt. blue, 3 shades of magenta, 3 shade of magenta, and 3 shades of lt. blue again. No red, No green, No dk. blue,and no yellow. No streaks in diagnostics page, but when I print I get magenta streaks running vetically thru part of the paper. I have aligned the printheads, cleaned the printheads, cleaned the glass, shook the ink cartridges, etc. Please help! I have a color printjob that I have to have done by Thursday and today is Monday.
