LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn

Purchased this all in one printer and installed software and when i go to documents to print i see the printer there but when hit Print nothing happens to printer........... i un install it couple times now and still nothing happen?????????

please help me asap

i can use scanner on the printer like put document on screen and hit copy and it prints but thats it


Try going to option and print test page when it fully installs that doesnt even print

Please help me
