My printer stoped printing last night. It is not that it won't print it is the fact that when it does there is nothing on the paper. It sounds and looks like it is trying to print; however, it is not. I use geuine HP ink that is new. I have had other problems with the printer. For some reason it kicks itself off of my computer and no one elses in my family. I will then have to reinstall the printer. Help, I have looked everywhere and can not find a solution to my problem with the ink. The black ink is full. :smileyfrustrated:
