We have an HP M401N at our school that has quit printing wirelessly and as an ePrinter for our iPads, even though the network settings all look correct (have it hardwired into network) and I can see it on the network. Also, when you push the wireless button, instead of the blue light coming on, no light comes on and it opens the setup menu on the display screen. I've unplugged the printer, let it sit, and then plugged in again - no change. I've tried restoring all the settings to factory settings and it doesn't seem to want to do that either. HELP!
