Have posted this on laptop section but realise it should be here! Using acer laptop windows 7. Installed printer no problem and it prints everything but access to internet with Firefox is only possible spasmodically. Had to install IE which I hate. Even IE freezes at times and I have to close down and reboot. Uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled, loaded a couple of times then stopped. It looks like it will load then the symbol disappears. Getting very annoyed, can anyone suggest a solution?
