I cannot install my HP Photosmart C4780 - I can't install my drivers and the HP solution center

Hello,

I have a problem with installing the drivers for my HP Photosmart C4780. It says that the drivers are installed, however, I can't controle the printer. e.g: I can't test print, can't scan,...

Also Windows says that the printer is not plugged in.

When I try to install the Solution Center it says that there is a missing file in my temp folder. 

Please help me resolve this issue.
