My 500 was printing fine.
i needed to change paper and wile doing so i received a "System error 21:10" "Call HP Service"
THE PRINTER IS NOW "LOCKED UP" AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY COMANDS INPUT TO PRINTERS LOCAL KEY PANEL.
