Have a new x476dn mfp. Have a hardwired network. Printer has worked fine for the past month but just started locking up and the screen flashes printer error. Have rebooted multiple times with no resolution. Found that if I disconnect the network cable the machine will work fine but as soon as I plug it back into network the error
B81A7D9C comes up and machine again flashes printer error and locks up. Any ideas????
