HP 4620 All In One Printer - doesn't print color

Hey can anyone help me get my HP 4620 All In One to print in color?  My driver is up to date and the test pages print with color, but I'm unable to get color when requested from my print command.

I'm using Windows 8.1 and from the print box, under the Advanced Document Setting, I have "Print in Grayscale" set to OFF - which means it should print in color, but it is not doing so.

All of my print cartridges are full and the printheads have been cleaned. 

There must be another place to set the preferences that I switched to Grayscale in error.
